Refund and Return Policy

No questions asked refund policy 

We are absolutely sure that you will love our products, but if for some reason you aren't satisfied with the effectiveness of the product we do offer a 100% no question asked money back guarantee. This offer is valid 30 days from the day of purchase. 

    To request a refund, please email us at hey@inspiriko.co.uk with your, Name, Address, Order Confirmation Number, and the reason for your request, within 30 days of receiving your first order.

     

    The no question asked 100% money back guarantee is available only for the first product you buy from us and does not apply to additional units or subsequent purchases. If you buy multiple units of the same product, we will offer you a full refund for one unit and the remaining units will have to be returned to us undamaged and unopened to be eligible for a return.

    Returns & Refunds (For multiple buys and subsequent purchases)

    Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified, but is still eligible for return. Only unopened and undamaged shipments with the seal intact that are returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund. Opened or damaged shipments are not eligible for return.

    When shipping a return, please email hey@inspiriko.co.uk with your, Name, Address, Order Confirmation Number, and the reason for your request, within 30 days of receiving your first order.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (the refund will be rejected if the item is damaged). If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hey@inspiriko.co.uk

    Shipping for returns

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Exchanges for defective or damaged products
    We make every effort to make sure that the product reaches you safely and undamaged. But in the rare instance the product reaches you to in a damaged condition, then you will be eligible for an exchange of the product.
